• The purpose of today’s meeting is to prepare you for your chapter 7 first meeting of creditors.

• Your Trustee is a private attorney, not a government lawyer or employee. Alexander Gordon was Department of Justice Trustee for the Eastern Shore 1987-1995. Pay: then $20 per case. Now $60 per case.

• We will review your Docket, Petition, Claims Register, Payment History, mortgage/car payments pre and post petition, and discuss your finances.
