How we set our engagement fee

• Fee is based on the complexity of the issues raised and our estimate of the time involved.

• Fee MUST be paid in full by cashier’s check, money order, or certified check.

• Fee is non-refundable.

• Costs are not included (e.g., court reporter, experts, or transcripts)

• Additional fee may be required.
