• No Prior Bankruptcy in at least 8 years.

• No Real Estate Anywhere of ANY kind for three years OR

• you are giving up all real estate OR

• you have no equity in real estate and ARE current, OR

• you have marital real estate and no joint unsecured debts. (Credit Reports needed)

• MD resident 2+ years? If not, where 2 years ago?

• All forms signed.

• Household Income Below Household Median.

• No Business ownership interest for one year.

• YOU MUST DISCLOSE ALL INCOME FROM ALL SOURCES OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS. IF YOU ARE MARRIED AND LIVING TOGETHER YOU MUST DISCLOSE YOUR SPOUSE’S INCOME OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS, TOO!!
